Your representative was very helpful and nice to deal with but unfortunately and your product the coffee is no longer available only online and I paid a lot of money for your machine and now you're not making your coffee available in retail stores that's totally unfair I would expect that you would offer a return of my product that I purchased from you that I cannot use I have two of them in my both residences I have one in each so at least off of me a refund or credit towards another product. I do not have a receipt for these machines. One was a gift and the second one I purchased but again have no access to the receipt

Nescafe Latte
- - The new Nescafe Latte tastes artificial and powdery.
- - We use at least 3 boxes a week.

I have bought Nescafe Latte on the weekend, the new version. My family probably use at least 3 boxes a week of this product.
But the recipe has changed, making it taste artificial and powdery. We are all very disappointed and dissatisfied with the new formula.
Please could you revert back to the previous recipe.

- - The 800g refill coffee is a fine powder, not the usual granules.
- - I would like this coffee replaced due to quality differences from previous batches.
Good day, I use Ricoffy for as long as I can remember but my last purchase of Ricoffy witch was packed in the new 800 gram refill package was disappointing because the coffee is a fine powder and not the usual fresh GRANULES that I normally get.
This coffee is not the same quality like the previous coffee that I am used to.
I would like this coffee to be replaced.

- - I am a 75-year-old pensioner and Ricoffy fan.
- - The 750g tin lasts about 3 weeks as prices rise.
- - 800g pack is cheaper but now powder, not granules.
I am a pensioner,75 years old and have enjoyed Ricoffy for many decades! With the recent massive increase in price,I naturally shop around to find the best price for the 750g tin which lasts me approximately 3 weeks and was delighted to come across the 800g packet which for some reason is cheaper than the 750g tin.
To my chargrin, all the packs I have bought have been disappointing in that instead of granules, one now gets a powder which is not the same as the granules. If Nestle, would consider discontinuing the packet, surely with the savings made on manufacturing and printing,you could pass on these savings by reducing the cost of the 750g tin.
I live in hope!

And today, when using it, it exploded and all the hot coffee poured hot boiling water over me and splashed the entire ceiling in the apartment. Now the ceiling needs to be repaired.
